Refund policy
At Hooked Creation , we prioritize quality assurance to minimize the need for returns. However, customer satisfaction remains paramount to us.
Please note that we do not facilitate order exchanges or returns/refunds as a standard policy. Exceptions apply in the following cases:
a) Damaged product upon delivery.
b) Incorrect product delivered.
For such instances, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order, accompanied by valid evidence, such as a comprehensive video and photographic documentation. The returned product should match its original condition. We offer a reverse pick-up service for damaged or incorrect items. Upon receiving the returned product at our store, we will initiate the refund process, which should be completed within 4-5 working days. The refund will be processed via bank transfer to the source account. Your satisfaction remains our goal, and we appreciate your understanding of these procedures.
